Do men confuse you? They sure confuse me and I am one! My female friends are always coming to me for advice to know what their dates and boyfriends are thinking. In this article I hope to share with you some of my insights so you can solve your own dating dilemmas.

The worst way to get your man to quit one of his bad habits is to nag him. He'll just associate giving up the habit with caving into you. If you nag him there is no incentive for him to quit.. Why would he? You'd just feel that you'd won and you'd nag him more about other stuff. Neither is it a good idea to pressure him or to give him an ultimatum. Giving him an ultimatum may force him to quit but he'll have a niggling feeling of resentment to you. Something that can be lethal in a relationship.

No, the best way to get him to quit a bad habit is to trade. Offer him an incentive. Say you'll give him a back rub for every day he doesn't engage in his habit. If the incentive is good enough then your man will jump at the chance. Plus he'll be genuinely happy to do it. He won't bear any resentment towards you and he'll be pleased with the outcome.
